Who we are
RunningFastr is a running advice website that provides training plans, calculators and articles for runners.
Information we collect
RunningFastr does not require visitors to create an account or provide personal details to read the website.
Like most websites, the site may collect basic technical information through analytics and advertising tools. This can include information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, browser type, referral source and interactions with pages or adverts.
If you ask RunningFastr to email you a training plan, we collect the email address you provide for the purpose of sending that requested plan.
Training plan emails and optional updates
When you request a training plan by email, your address is used to deliver that plan. Requesting a plan does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
If you separately tick the option to receive occasional RunningFastr training tips and new tools, your email address is recorded as a subscribed contact for those communications. You can unsubscribe from future marketing emails at any time.
RunningFastr uses Resend as an email delivery provider. Email addresses used for plan delivery or optional updates may therefore be processed by Resend to provide the email service.
Comments and reply notifications
When you comment, we collect your name, email address and comment. Approved comments display your name, comment and date publicly. Your email address stays private. Please avoid including private information in the comment itself.
Comments are stored with Supabase. We use a hashed network identifier and email identifier to limit spam submissions. We do not store your raw IP address in the comments database.
Reply notifications are optional and require email confirmation. Resend processes your address to deliver those messages. Every reply notification includes a link to turn notifications off. This choice does not subscribe you to marketing.
Historical approved comments retain their original dates and conversations. Historical email addresses and IP addresses have not been imported. Contact the site owner to request removal of a comment or its associated contact details.
Google Analytics
RunningFastr uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, which pages are useful, and where improvements are needed. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information.

Google AdSense and advertising
RunningFastr uses Google AdSense to display adverts. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve adverts, measure ad performance, prevent repeated ads and personalise advertising depending on user settings and legal requirements.

Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device by websites or third-party services. RunningFastr may use cookies for analytics and advertising purposes.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site, analytics or advertising work.
